SITE RULES EXPECTATIONS & INFORMATION

• Security at the Clearwater is going to treat KAS/KBC like a Halloween event. If attendees are in the event area, props/weapons are okay as well as masks, face paint and any other item that would prevent them from being identified. Once the guest leaves the event area and makes their way onto the casino floor, these things will not be allowed and the guest will be asked to return to the event area. Please leave weaponry of any type, and any masks or face coverings in your personal rooms or vehicles if you intend to enter the casino floor space.

• No outside food is allowed in any of the common rooms, gathering areas, or meeting rooms. Outside food is allowed in hotel guest rooms.

• Minor Policy: Minors attending events must have a SCA member blue card OR have completed a “Minor’s Consent Form”. Minors attending events without their parent/legal guardian in all cases MUST present a properly completed “Minor’s Consent Form” at the gate.

• Alcohol/Drug Use: Zero tolerance on illegal drugs/minors. The Drug & Alcohol Policy of An Tir is intolerant of the illegal use or distribution of drugs and/or alcohol. Modern law enforcement will be called to the site to deal with any unlawful activity.

• Children: Please be aware of your children's whereabouts. Parents/Guardians will be held responsible for the activities of their children.

• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas in the hotel, or in “smoking” guest rooms.
